Information provided to the user when processing his / her personal data for the purpose of user registration on the BeePro Virtual Learning Environment.

Privacy is very important to us. When processing your personal data, we proceed in accordance with effective legislation and protect it with the utmost care.
We recommend that you read this information carefully. In this information you will learn how we work with your personal data, how you can contact us if you have questions about the processing of your personal data, and other important information about the processing of your personal data.
This information may change from time to time depending on the legal regulations, you can always find the current version on our website. In any case, we will notify you of any substantial changes in future.

Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

We process your personal data to this extent:
We collect the data that you provide when creating an account:
• name, surname, email address, city, country
We also collect data about your activity on the site, including any contributions that you make.

We process your personal data under this authorization:
We process your personal data based on your consent, which you have given by submitting the registration form. Your consent is voluntary and can be revoked at any time.

We process your personal data for purposes of:
1. Your registration on the BeePro e-learning portal; and at the same time
2. Information on news, updates in the framework of BeePro e-learning course.
We will send this information only to an extent and at intervals that are not annoying to you. You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for these two purposes.

How long do we process your personal data?
We use your personal data for the above mentioned purposes for as long as we have your consent to process it. If your consent is revoked, we will arrange the immediate disposal of your personal data for these purposes.

Are you obliged to provide us with your personal data?
The provision of your personal data for the purpose of registration on the BeePro e-learning portal and receiving information on news, updates within the BeePro e-learning course is voluntary.
In the absence of personal information we will not be able to register and inform you about news and updates.

To whom will your personal information be provided externally?
We process your personal data internally within BeePro Consortium for the above mentioned purposes. We do not disclose your personal data to third parties or transfer them to third countries, with the exception of public authorities if necessary, in particular to the relevant bodies of the European Union. In such a case, these entities become intermediaries and must process your personal data based on our documented contractual instructions only.

Your rights to your personal data:
Right to withdraw consent:
You may withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes described above at any time with immediate effect by sending a written request to Inštitút znalostného pôdohospodárstva a inovácií, and electronically via the online form, or by sending a request to gdpr@izpi.sk. After withdrawing your consent, we will dispose of your personal information. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing of your personal data prior to its withdrawal.
Right to access to your personal data:
Upon request, you have the right to obtain information from us about your personal data we process, and to provide a copy of your personal data. However, the rights of third parties, including others who have provided us with personal information, may not be restricted by this, and external personal information may not be disclosed to you.
Right to correct or complete your personal data:
Upon request, you have the right to request the correction of your incorrect personal data and the completion of your incomplete personal data. By using this right correctly, you will help us to keep your personal data correct and up to date.
Right to delete your personal data:
Upon request, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data, if the above-mentioned purpose of processing has ended, if the law requires that your personal data to be deleted, or your personal data is processed illegally.
Right to restrict the processing of your personal data:
You have the right to request the blocking of your personal data (limiting the processing of your personal data to the exclusive retention of your personal data), but only in these cases:
• Limiting the processing of your personal data at the time of verifying its accuracy;
• If your personal data is processed illegally and at the same time you require, instead of deleting your personal data, only a limitation of their processing (retention only);
• You need your personal data to prove, assert or defend legal claims.
Right to transfer your personal data:
Upon request, you have the right to obtain your personal data which we process for the above mentioned purposes, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and you have the right to request the transfer of such personal data to another Operator, if technically possible. However, the rights of third parties may not be limited.
The right to object to the processing of your personal data for the above mentioned purposes:
You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of registering on the BeePro e-learning portal and informing you about news, updates within the BeePro e-learning course, by submitting a request via the online form, or via e-mail gdpr@izpi.sk. Upon receipt of the dispute, we will dispose of your personal information, or if we use it for any other purpose that we have specifically informed you of, we will cease using it for the purposes you have objected to. Your disputes do not affect the processing of your personal data prior to the receipt of your disputes.

How you can assert all your rights to personal data:
You can assert your rights by sending a written request by post to Inštitút znalostného pôdohospodárstva a inovácií, Akademická 4, 949 01 Nitra, Slovakia, electronically via the online form, or by sending a request to the e-mail address gdpr@izpi.sk.
When requesting your personal information, we are required to verify your identity in order to be sure that you are actually asserting the rights to your personal data. In case of a postal or e-mail request, we will ask for further information in case of doubt, to be able reliably identify you. As the simplest process of submitting your request with quick verification, we recommend using our online application form.
We will respond to your request for processing of your personal data without undue delay, and in any case, within one month of receiving it. In special cases, we may extend this period for another two months, but we will always inform you of the reasons for the extension within one month of receiving the request.
We respond to your requests free of charge, but if your requests are disproportionate, manifestly unfounded, or frequently recurring, we may charge you an appropriate administrative fee to process them.
You have the right to file a petition to initiate proceedings to the Supervisory Authority (Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27), if you believe that the processing of your personal data is contrary to this information or effective legal regulations. Before doing so, however, we recommend that you contact our responsible person, who is ready to resolve any suggestions you may have towards your satisfaction. In any case, you are obliged to provide us only with your personal data that is correct, complete and up to date. If your age is not sufficient to give digital consent, you may disclose your personal information only with the explicit consent of your legal representative.
